The dimmer has discrete settings, not a slider switch. This device has additional functions for various kinds of flashing. All I wanted was a dimmer, and it does that fine.

The Good: Shipping was fast. The Bad: Bulbs did not fit in the sockets very well in my classic car and kept falling out if the bulb was bumped during install. In my case the bulbs can not be reached without removing the dash, and because it’s such a tight fit, if the socket was bent a little or bumped, some of the bulbs would fall out. Gave up and put new original replacements back in. Wasted $100.

Received my bulbs for my 2012 Suzuki Kizashi they are not bright at all very disappointed.

I just installed 3 runs of LED's tied to controllers that have remotes to change color temp/dimming of the LED's. I was told by customer service before purchasing that I would be able to pair all the controllers to one remote. After installing I tried to understand how to do this because the instructions were not clear. After calling in to tech support I was informed that this was not possible (of course by a different representative for the company)
I would not have purchased these but now I have installed them I am stuck with them. That's not good customer service.

I was a loyal customer for 6 years until my most recent purchase. I was sent out the wrong parts and when I emailed them about it I was told it would be corrected (which it never was) and when I emailed back again I was told to send back the incorrect parts at my cost and to pay to send out the correct parts. I have contacted the customer service team several times with no resolve.
Bottom line if you care about after sales care do NOT use this company.

Rapid service and excellent efficiency! I was really excited about the programmes I saw a few days ago. But I'm facing a lot of issues now, otherwise I'm absolutely pleased with their services.

My experience started in June 2020 and has dragged on for almost the whole time with me returning their product, usually at my cost, then having to return the stuff again at my cost. It is December 26, 2020 and I have given up on half of the money owed to me for returns that went missing and ordered a different style bulb in the hope they will last more than a week.

These lights did not even last a full year without them getting stuck on high beam. They expect me to go without lights until I ship the defective ones back. Since I could not go weeks without headlights I replaced them hoping to get money back or different ones for a different part of my vehicle. But due to their "policy", they cannot exchange them for different ones. Also, they do not have replacement bulbs even if I wanted the same ones. So they told me I would have to wait until they get more stock and expect me to go without headlights until then. Please do not buy from this joke of a company.

I purchased these LED bulbs for the front & rear dome & map lights for my wife's 99 Explorer Sport. She loves how much brighter the inside of her truck is at night.

I would not recommend buying anything from SBI. Not because their product is poor but their because of their horrible customer service. I was trying to buy some lights from SBI but due to an error on their end, I am being penalized and they have been unwilling to correct their mistake. Would not recommend this company because of their poor customer service.

I bought two lights from them. Both have failed within a year. They are incredibly slow in their responses to emails. When the first light failed, they did not send me the female connector that allowed me to connect the light to my landscape wiring. I requested that they send the connector and they did, but it was the wrong size. After a weeks' long email exchange, they finally sent me the correct female connector.
Weeks later, the second light failed. Again, it took weeks to get the replacement light and again, they failed to send the female connector despite me specifically reminding them to send it since the forgot the first time. They are refusing to send the adapter. I guess it is worth it to them to have another dissatisfied customer rather than providing good customer service.
To be clear, I went through their packaging, stripping out all the wrapping paper to make sure that the part was not hidden somewhere. It's not like I'm trying to rip them off by getting an extra connector.
What a joke of a company...

I needed some LED lights for the outside of a metal building. I had a nice chat with Will, who helped me choose the right light. Within minutes I had my order for 6 light fixtures done and submitted. They should arrive in 2-3 days.
